Staying here for a short getaway was a fantastic experience! The Itaewon King Room was spacious and the indoor pool provided a relaxing retreat. The staff was incredibly helpful with arranging taxis and offering recommendations for local restaurants, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I can't believe I spent five nights in this hotel. The supposed five-star facilities were horrendous and really felt more like a three-star, if that. I also had to wait far too long for the elevators, as one was solely for the rooftop bar. To top it off, there was a massive coffee stain in the corridor that looked like it’d been there for weeks. I'm absolutely furious about the poor service and lack of cleanliness!

It definitely wasn't economical but for what we experienced it could be accepted.

Our stay was fantastic, especially with the outdoor pool and relaxing spa facilities right at our fingertips. We enjoyed hanging out at the bar and trying the different cocktails they offered. Just a heads up, the last call for dinner at the restaurant feels a bit early, so plan accordingly! 😊

The stay at Mondrian was great. The interior decor trapped my attention as soon as I walked in. The cafes and restaurants had a lovely aesthetic. My room felt cozy and clean with great amenities, like a flat-screen TV and a safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having the cocktail bar downstairs. Cocktails were refreshing, and they offered yummy cakes. Breakfast had a nice variety that I appreciated. However, the bathroom lacked privacy since it's connected directly to the main room. Since I traveled with my sibling, it was a bit awkward during showers. Also, the noise from the corridor disrupted the calm at night. I had to wait quite a while for elevators at times, which was frustrating. Still, I think the hotel is special enough to consider more visits.

Had a great stay! The open lobby space was beautiful and so Instagrammable. The minibar selection was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was absolutely dreamy! I'd definitely return.

I stayed in the Itaewon King room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy and soft! The street view was fun for people watching, and the robes for the pool were a nice touch. Everything was clean, and the room had all the basics covered. Lots of mirrors helped with getting ready, too.
